Rentals are available to adults 18 years and older with a valid phone number and agreed method of payment (Stripe, CashApp, Venmo).
By renting, you confirm you are 18+ and legally responsible for the equipment during the entire rental period.
For on-site rentals:
Full payment is required before equipment is released.
Renter authorizes Out There Play Company to charge for loss or damage, up to the full replacement cost of the item.
Replacement costs range from $15–$500 depending on the item.
For DIY pickups or pre-booked rentals, a temporary card hold may apply for up to 5 days after return to allow for inspection.
Renter agrees to:
Use the equipment responsibly
Keep pieces together
Return all items in the condition they were provided
Notify Out There Play Company of any issues immediately
Normal outdoor wear is fine.
Damage, missing pieces, or lost items will be charged at replacement cost.
Outdoor play and recreational activities come with inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Trips and falls
Minor injuries
Contact with equipment
Weather conditions
Uneven ground
By renting and using the equipment, you acknowledge these risks and assume full personal responsibility for your use of the items.
Out There Play Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from misuse, unsafe conditions, or user negligence.
Renter agrees:
Equipment will only be used in safe public areas or private property with permission
Items will not be used near roadways, open flames, or hazardous environments
Children must be supervised at all times when using rented equipment
Only the renter (18+) is responsible for the equipment’s care and safe return
Equipment must be returned at the agreed time.
Late returns may incur a fee of $10 per hour or additional daily rental cost, depending on the situation.
For pre-booked rentals:
Cancel 48+ hours ahead → no fee
Cancel within 48 hours → 50% rental fee may apply
No-shows → full rental amount charged
On-site rentals are non-refundable once equipment has been taken.
Out There Play Company reserves the right to refuse any rental to anyone at any time if safety or equipment risk is a concern.
By renting, paying, or signing the on-site waiver, you acknowledge:
